1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreatoPost AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CreatoPost AI is an AI-powered content generation platform that creates LinkedIn posts based on your profile and preferences. The Service includes post generation, scheduling, and publishing via LinkedIn API integration.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Content Ownership

AI-generated posts are provided for your use. You retain ownership of any content you publish. CreatoPost AI does not claim ownership of content generated for you. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

6. LinkedIn Integration

By connecting your LinkedIn account, you authorize CreatoPost AI to publish approved posts on your behalf. You may disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from Settings. CreatoPost AI is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CreatoPost AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
